WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested Daniel Rivera, 35, of Wilton on Thursday. They say he committed a break-in at Louden Oaks Mobile Home Park. According to police, Rivera violated an order of protection by forcing his way into someone's home and damaging items there. They claim that the victim and Rivera know each other.Police claim that they arrived on the scene around midnight, early Thursday. ST. LOUIS - The man charged in connection with a crash that resulted in a Tennessee teen losing her legs was arraigned this morning in downtown St. Louis. The arraignment fo Daniel Riley, 21, took place inside the Carnahan Courthouse in Division 25.The indictment charged Riley with five counts from the crash, which left 17-year-old Janae Edmondson critically injured. Riley’s attorney, Dan Diemer, entered a not guilty plea for Riley.Riley was not in court, nor did he appear on video for the arraignment. Diemer waived the formal reading of the charges, instead just entering a not guilty plea for Riley. No one from Janae’s family was in court either. Mana Mobile visited the SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital from 10 a.m. to noon Friday. Johnson's tequila brand, Teremana Small Batch Tequila, operates food the truck. A group from New Life Evangelistic Center is carrying a cross though Downtown St. Louis Friday.The group will stop and pray at locations where violent acts happened. Boulder Police and Fire communication has announced dispatchers now have the ability to accept live streaming video from callers.According to a news release, Prepared 911 allows dispatchers to text a link to the caller’s phone. The caller can then press approve to give the dispatcher permission to see and hear live streamed video from their phone.“Though Dispatch will be able to switch between the front and back facing cameras as well as turn the screen dark so no one can see it’s recording, they will not have the ability to see or do anything else on a person’s phone. Authorities responding to an assault investigation in West Hollywood Friday morning have landed a helicopter in the middle of La Brea Avenue. The incident was reported about 8:15 a.m. in the 7100 block of Santa Monica Boulevard and Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a noise complaint, officials said. An assault victim was eventually transported to a hospital, but it is unclear how that person was injured and what the extent of their injuries is.The area is being evacuated, though it is unknown if anyone has been taken into custody.Amid the response, a Sheriff’s Department SWAT helicopter landed on La Brea Avenue, blocking traffic in the area, aerial video from Sky5 showed.Check back for updates on this developing story.Dump truck driver injured in Brentwood crash; power lines downed

A dump truck driver had to be rescued by the Los Angeles Fire Department and is in serious condition after a crash in Brentwood Friday morning.The collision at 701 N. Tigertail Road occurred just after 9 a.m., when firefighters extricated the dump truck driver after his vehicle collided with multiple parked cars, the LAFD said in a news alert. The driver, a man, was taken to a local hospital in serious condition. The other vehicles were all unoccupied, according to Nicholas Prange of the LAFD.The crash also took down "a series of power poles," the department added.
